Very cool list...I don't see Ding Dongs on the list anywhere, maybe I should re-read more closely, they HAVE to be on there somewhere ;) Ha ha. why is it so hard for me to eat in a way which is healthy and nurishing for my body? My head knows the right thing, my taste buds love this stuff. I will continue the small changes which add up! K
