Haha, I just called my boys in to look at your big equipment photos, and they said "that must be a pretty big garden they are digging"!!! Love all those boulders, we have to pay a pretty penny for those out here in the land of sand...
Really this escalated - first it was forest that had to be cut down, then we had to get rid of the stumps to dig holes for replacement trees, then we couldn't dig holes because . . . wait for it . . . there was just too much rock (we live on a mountain you know). No rock was hauled in, it was just turned over like folding egg whites. Now we can plant our orchard, never goes how you expect, just keep moving in the right direction. Thanks for the visit, peace for all
Shaun sais that excavator cab "is a little funky"......the expert has spoken, lol. What a mess, and a huge job.....best of luck finishing it up. I love the forest surrounding you, so beautiful! Thanks for posting these, I kept trying to pull them up unsuccessfully yesterday.
Isn't it funny how one project generates 5 more that HAVE to get done in the process? My guys would LOVE to play with the man size TONKA's. Have a great day. Peace
Dang, I am always thinking I post a comment but when I come back for another visit it isn't here.....anyway, I was stopping by to see what you have been up to. Thanks for posting more of these fun construction pics (from way back when when I tried to say it the first time), my little guy was very excited to see them!
I hope the mess is done (or almost done) and went as well as can be expected! :)
that looks like a LOT of work!!! an orchard would be lovely... i have my few trees.. small but the apple trees and lone cherry tree are blooming like crazy...
That looks some major work going on there!
ReplyDeleteWow! You all have been working hard ! I love the rock wall !
