I make mayo in the regular blender (I'll post the recipe soon) .. and you add a Tbls of whey (plus lemon juice or vinegar).. let it sit out overnight (it ferments) and adds weeks to the freshness and gives the benefit of fermentation.

I tried to make my own mayo and out turned out horrible! Not sure what I did wrong.
Keep trying, soon it will come second nature. Am back on here now there has been hard freeze, I'll be checking in on you all. Peace
